Suddenly Eva has decided she prefers wearing “big girl” underpants. I really don’t know what prompted this change, after two days of watching her have a meltdown if I even took a pair out of her drawer. Who knows how toddler minds think? At any rate, she’s been hearing me tell her for days, “You don’t want to wear diapers. Diapers are for babies! Big girls wear underpants!” I guess it finally clicked. Without any prompting from me, she’ll take off her diaper and tried to put on her underpants, and tell me, “Amanda baby. Amanda wear diaper. Eva big girl. Eva wear pants!” So in one day, underpants have gone from being the epitome of hell on earth, to a badge of “big girl” honor. Go figure!

"Eva Big Girl!"
Suddenly Eva has decided she prefers wearing “big girl” underpants.
