11/7/07 - Real Estate

We've started looking at houses in earnest. We've gotten quotes from brokers, met with real estate agents and started sorting through local listings. This morning I walked through five different houses with the girls and our realtor while Dave was at work. It helps to narrow the field. Dave is going to look at a couple of the better ones when he gets a chance to take a long lunch. It's amazing what you can get in this area for around $200,000. Everything I saw was at least 3 bed, 1.5 bath with a yard. Back in San Diego, you could barely get even a condo for that anymore.
